Das Hotel hat eine exzellente Lage und würde ich weiterempfehlen. Sehr sauber, tolles vielfältiges Frühstück und wirklich aufmerksamed Personal.

Allerdings würde ich darauf hinweisen, nicht zum Innenhof die Zimmer zu bekommen. Keine Fenster zu öffnen, kein wirkliches Tageslicht, es war uns zu dunkel im Zimmer.

In den meisten Zimmern kann man kein Fenster öffnen. Für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium, da ich Klimeanlagen nicht vertrage. Das Hotel sollte Vergünstigungen bei den Parkgebühren für Gäste haben. € 28,00 Parkgebühr für eine Nacht ist entschieden zu viel.

Vielleicht ein Hinweis, daß Fahrräder über das Hotel vermittelt werden. Die Aussagen des Personals an der Rezeption waren in Bezug auf Fahrradverleih mehrfach sehr unterschiedlich.

Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einem Tag wurde nur das Zimmer, nicht aber das Bad gereinigt, was auch nach Beschwerde nicht nachgeholt worden ist. Es war allerdings auch schon recht spät und vermutlich kein Reinigungspersonal mehr vor Ort.

Trotz an sich bekanntem Ansturm von Tagungsteilnehmern war Rezeption lange nur von 1 Person besetzt. Ausgang aus Parkhaus nur über einen einzigen kleinen Fahrstuhl (4 Etagen, max. ca 4 Personen mit Gepäck) möglich (außer Notausgang), bei Eintreffen von zig Tagungsteilnehmern hat dies fast eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Es gibt keinen frei zugänglichen Treppenaufgang.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr guter Zimmerausstattung in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Betten und Matratzen sind hervorragend. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, selbst der Sekt zum Lachs wird offeriert.

Ein einziges Manko haben wir registriert. Die Zimmerfenster sind größtenteils nicht zu öffnen. (Frisch-) Luftzufuhr ist einzig über die Klimaanlage gewährleistet. Defenetiv nur die zweibeste Lösung.

Großartige Umsetzung des Hygienekonzepts. Hinweisschilder, die unaufdringlich, aber gut sichtbar sind, Glasscheiben an der Rezeption, die sich sehr gut ins Gesamtbild einfügen, super Lösung beim Frühstücksbuffet (es gibt ein Buffet, allerdings hinter einer Glasscheibe und der Teller wird nicht selbst, sondern vom Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke gefüllt).

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider sehr laut, wenn man gern mit offenem Fenster schläft. Bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings top schallisoliert.

2 Flaschen Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank und Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer. Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Betten waren toll, allerdings nur eine große Bettdecke.

Frühstück war sehr spärlich. Kein Frischkäse, kein Fleischsalat, kein Lachs. Nur 3 verschiedene Aufschnittsorten. Aber Rührei mit Speck gab es. Sehr lange Schlangen am Buffet (coronna bedingt), hätte durch mehr Personal an der Ausgabe verhindert werden können.

Die Preise der eingeschweißten und bei Rewe oder real gekauften "Sandwiches" sind ganz schön happig. Bei 4 Sternen hätte ich dort selbstgemachte Sandwiches erwartet, auch wenn die Küche schon zu hat.
