Beim Frühstück gab es leider einen großen Engpass mit Kaffeebechern, Eierbechern und Wurst. Für den Preis des Frühstücks, kann man erwarten, dass ausreichend Geschirr ,Besteck und Essen da ist.

wäre schön wenn ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken im Zimmer wäre. Oder Service Getränke und Mahlzeiten ins Zimmer gebracht würde. Bei langer Anfahrt ist man einfach kaputt.Tiefgarage sehr eng, bei großem Auto hilfe beim einparken nötig.Musik im Hintergrund gibt einen besonderen Flair!

Wir waren als Gruppe mehr als zufrieden. Uns wurde auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen kompetent und freundliche geholfen, die Servicemitarbeiter verdienen großes Lob, es hat allen großen Spaß gemacht, hervorzuheben ist Frau Mona, die uns mit Witz prompter Bedienung in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Besonders toll fanden wir die Speisekarte auf unsere Gruppe abgestimmt. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal für diese tolle Idee.

Man muss sofort bezahlen, kriegt aber erst bei der Abreise die Rechnung. Das finde ich unpraktisch. Die Speisen im Hotelrestaurant sind sehr teuer, z.B. Kartoffelsuppe mit Würsten 8,90 Euro.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut. Auch als Gäste spät nachts lärmend nach Hause kamen, war der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch. Der Schallschutz für´s Zimmer ist innerhalb des Hauses nicht gut.
