Das Hotelpersonal macht durch seine Freundlichkeit vieles wieder gut

Auf dem Zimmer gab es kein Mineralwasser - das habe ich bisher nie erlebt. Selbst in kleinsten Hotels und Pensionen war das immer gegeben. Die Räume waren nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Ich schaue nicht unter Matratzen, aber wenn ich auf dem Staub im Toilettendeckel eine Botschaft hinterlassen kann geht das für mich gar nicht. Außerdem wurde man aufgefordert, die Fenster wegen der Vollklimatisierung geschlossen zu halten, was absolut nicht möglich war.
