Einchecken besonders angenehm durch 1 Std. parken vor dem Haus und das eigentliche Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke ist. Sehr freundliches Personal; sehr guten Frühstück. Schönes großes Zimmer.

Betrifft das Umfeld des Hotels! Parklage sehr schön, aber lockt abends und nachts Publikum an, dass gröhlend und alkoholisiert auf den Parkbänken sitzt. Nur zu hören bei geöffnetem Fenster. Drogenkontrolle wurde durch die Polizei beobachtet.

Doppelbett mit einer großen Decke. Einer friert oft. Eine zweite Decke wurde beim Ausschecken angeboten. Der Marmor im Bad sehr abgenutzt. Es sah aus wie ganz schlecht geputzt. Am Tag der Abreise wurden die Zimmerkarten schon eine halbe Stunde früher inaktive gesetzt.

Hatten das Familienangebot gebucht und es lagen Spiele außerhalb der Altersklasse unserer Kinder bereit. Dies vllt noch nachbessern, da vllt nicht alle Familien darauf vorbereitet sind wie wir.

Personal versetzt sich in die Rolle eines Gastgebers - es teilt nicht mit, dass das Büfett abgeräumt wird, sondern fordert auf, noch etwas zu nehmen. Und Gäste dürfen dann länger bleiben. Sehr angenehm!

Das dieses Hotel so Citynah liegt,man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann.Die Haltestelle von Bus und Strassenbahn vor der Haustür sind und der Bahnhof in 5 min.zu erreichen ist.

leider war unser Zimmer sehr laut zum Platz hin und man hat nicht sehr viel schlafen können. Bei Economyzimmern wäre das so, aber da sollte man meiner Meinung nach drauf hinweisen!! Ich hätte das dann nicht gebucht. Außerdem hatten wir mit Dusche gebucht, und es war eine Badewanne mit Dusche, leider für Senioren nicht möglich, zu benutzen!! Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig!

Die Bar war mit einer jungen Kraft zu gering besetzt. Die bestellten Getränke mussten man sich holen, bzw. wurden auch gar nicht bereit- gestellt. Der Frühstücksraum war zu der Stoßzeit gegen 9.00 Uhr voll besetzt. Man konnte auch im Foyer frühstücken, dort war es aber sehr kalt. Auch ein Seminarraum stand zur Verfügung, hier war es noch kälter. Im Frühstücksraum war das Personal überfordert und sehr schlecht organisiert. Die Tische wurden nur nach zweimaliger Aufforderung erst abgeräumt und irgendwann eingedeckt.

wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett gebucht für einen sehr guten Preis. Wir bekamen ein schönes und trotz des Preises ein großes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Wallanlagen. Es war top !!!

Persönliche Ansprache trug zum Heimischfühlen bei, egal ob beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption. Selbstverständliche Unterstützung beim Suchen und Buchen von Lokalen für das abendliche Amusement.....:-)

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ob Anreise mit der Bahn oder PKW, alles passt perfekt. Durch den Stadtgraben, der vor dem Hotel liegt, wirkt es sogar noch ruhig und man hat nicht den Eindruck, man ist direkt in der CIty. Sehr schönes Hotel.

Frühstück ist nicht gemäß 5 Sterne. Dafür muss es mehr Auswahl oder Abwechslung insbesondere am Buffet geben. Qualität ist aber sehr gut. Es gibt zahlreiche 4 Sterne Häuser, deren Frühstück gehobener ist.
