Die Lage direkt am hinteren Ausgang des Bahnhofs hervorragend. Vom Bahnhofsgeschehen ist wenig zu hören. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Parkmöglichkeit bestens.

Leider war die Hotelbar am Wochenende geschlossen (Personalmangel) Man musste sich in der Hotellobby aufhalten. Teilweise waren die Klimaanlagen sehr laut und die Abflüsse auf den Zimmern liefen teilweise schlecht ab.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Hotel, direkt am Hbf gelegen und auch der ZOB mit allen Linien des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs , ideal für Gehunwillige, Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls größer als normal, super Frühstück. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Moderne und Geschichte kombiniert. Im Lloydhaus registrierten sich damals die Auswanderer und gaben ihr Gepäck auf. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir das mit einer Auswandererfuehrung, Geschichtenhaus und weiterem kombinieren.

Das Frühstück empfand ich als tadelnswert. Nicht wegen der Corona stände. Die Brötchen schienen mehrfach aufgebacken, der Käse sah nicht echt schön aus. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen von einem 4-Sterne-Frühstück.

Am ersten Abend liefen im Restaurant 2 laut brüllende fernseher mit Fußballübertragung, die Bedienung hat uns aber freundlicherweise einen etwas ruhigeren Tisch im Frühstücksbereich zugewiesen - immerhin.

Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind ausgezeichnet. Die Dämmung zur Straße ist sehr gut.

Die Tische beim Frühstücksbuffet sind relativ klein im Vergleich zu den vielen Teilen, die man als Hotelgast darauf abstellen muß / möchte. Bei der Platzwahl darauf achten, nicht zu nahe am Eingangsbereich zu sitzen, da es dort zieht und kühle Luft vom zweiten Hoteleingang immer wieder spürbar ist - im Winter nicht angenehm.

Duschvorhang im Badezimmer, am Samstag, den 15.12. hatten wir für ein Abendessen im Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert, es war leider nicht möglich, dass Essen in Ruhe zu genießen, weil über den Fernseher im Restaurant ein Fußballspiel lief. Diese wurde von uns als sehr störend empfunden, da wir nicht die Möglichkeit hatten vuns in Ruhe während des Essens zu unterhalten. Es cwäre gut gewesen für die Fußballfreunde einen anderen Raum zu finden.

Das Hotel hat eine insgesamt gepflegte und positive Ausstrahlung. Lage: ideal. Zimmer und Bad top. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück vielseitig und sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Da wir keine Kreditkarte dabei hatten, konnten wir keine Leistungen auf das Zimmer schreiben und in einer Summe bei Abreise begleichen. Ein Hinweis hierauf im Vorfeld wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke wurde freundlich und umgehend nachgekommen. Waffeleisen beim Frühstück und Italienische Ecke als Sonderangebot am zweiten Tag sehr schön

Das Auto wurde auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt (Antenne gestohlen). Darauf wurde leider nicht eingegangen, d.h. keine Hilfe, was in diesem Fall zu tun ist.

Klimatisierte Zimmertemperatur, für mich nachts zu kühl, zusätzliche Wolldecke, wie in anderen Hotels üblich, fehlte hier. Die Distanz zwischen Bestellung und Ankunft des Gerichtes im Restaurant ist zu groß, unnötige Wartezeiten (Salat 30 !!! Minuten)

Toll ist die Lage! Nicht weit von der Innenstadt, da das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt. Gleich gegenüber die ÖVB-Arena mit dem riesigen Parkplatz! Einfach super!

Konnten alle nicht gut schlafen, da Matratzen als auch die Kissen viel zu hart sind. Haben abends im Hotel gegessen, das Essen war nicht ganz empfehlenswert.
